I've spent years working in professional kitchens and studying finance, and I noticed something: most independent food businesses are run by brilliant cooks and passionate entrepreneurs who lack financial literacy.
Rendered exists to bridge that gap. I combine hands-on hospitality experience with formal financial training to give food business owners the kind of support that's usually only available to large chains.
My background spans two worlds that rarely talk to each other. I've worked the pass, managed kitchen teams, controlled food costs under pressure — and I've also sat with balance sheets, dealing with accounting issues, and built financial models. That dual perspective is at the core of everything Rendered does. When I look at your business, I don't just see numbers — I see the reality behind them.
